We are three weeks into summer, and WOW what a strong and exciting start we’ve had! Our campers have already experienced three amazing weeks of themed adventures: Welcome Camp Summer Fun, Camp Carnival and Camp Jr. Muscles!
From silly and fun dress-up days like Pajama Day, Wacky Wednesday, Water Day and Favorite Sports Shirt/Jersey Day to imaginative themed centers and outdoor play stations, our teachers have brought summer to life with engaging, hands-on fun that keeps our campers laughing, learning and exploring.
Now, as the temperatures rise and the forecast calls for even hotter days, it’s time to turn on the splash zone because Camp Waterworks is here!
Every single day, campers will cool off with refreshing water activities, from sprinkler play and splashy stations to sensory bins and creative water games. If it’s wet, we are doing it!
As we move toward the end of the June and get ready to jump into July, we’re packing our (imaginary) bags and heading out on a red, white and blue road trip across the country during Camp Across America.
We’ll be exploring iconic landmarks like the Statue of Liberty, Mount Rushmore, the Grand Canyon, Yellowstone National Park and more! Each stop along the way will include themed arts & crafts, fun facts and engaging activities that bring these American treasures to life for our campers.
We’ll be wrapping up the week with festive Fourth of July celebration with patriotic crafts, themed centers and activities and much more!
Summer at BBCLC is just getting started and we’re so excited for all the sun-soaked, fun-filled and memory-making moments still to come!
