We are continuing to focus on the topic of Relationships/Connections and Mindfulness in Positive Psychology and the weekly themes of “Taking Care of Me”, “Tools and Helpers”, and Letter “Ss”. Some of the other fun activities we focused on were Fitness Fun, Yoga & Mindfulness, Author of the Month: Bill Martin as well as a Special Hat Day and World Connection Day!
On our Special Hat Day, children and teachers were able to wear their favorite hats from home to show their friends at school!
On World Kindness (Connection) Day, we wore our Bright Beginning colors of yellow and green!
We ended the week by enjoying story time outside!
As we go into next week, we will be focusing on the themes, “Let’s Give Thanks”, “Builders at Work”, and Letter “Pp”. With the upcoming holidays, this is the perfect time to give thanks! We encourage you to share what you are thankful for around your dinner table.
Here are some activities and games you can play during the upcoming holiday (or any day)!
