At Bright Beginning Children’s Learning Center, our classrooms are filled with creativity, compassion, patience, and purpose; all because of the incredible educators who guide our children each day. We are proud to spotlight some of the amazing lead teachers who make BBCLC such a special place for children and families alike.
Their dedication goes far beyond the classroom walls. They inspire confidence, nurture curiosity, and create safe, loving environments where every child can grow and thrive.
Meet Ms. Erica

Ms. Erica is excited to continue her journey in the Three-Year-Old & Four-Year-Old classroom, where she has spent over five of her years with BBCLC. She brings a strong professional foundation to her teaching, holding certifications in Positive Psychology, the 90-hour Early Childhood Education certification, First Aid/CPR, Medication Administration, and the 45-hour Infant and School Age certification.
Her dedication to early childhood education is rooted in her desire to make a lasting difference in the lives of young learners and help them reach important developmental milestones. Families and students alike appreciate the caring, encouraging environment she creates in her classroom, where children are supported academically, socially, and emotionally.
Outside of school, Ms. Erica enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, and her dog, Tyson.

Meet Ms. Kristian

Ms. Kristian entered her fifth year teaching with Bright Beginning this fall school year and brings a total of 15 years of experience in early childhood education. As the Lead Two-Year-Old and Three-Year-Old Teacher, her mission is to ensure every child in her classroom feels safe, loved, and supported.
She holds her 90-hour Preschool Certification, as well as certifications in First Aid/CPR and Medication Administration, all of which support her commitment to providing a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment for her students.
She believes strong communication and trust between teachers and families are essential to creating a successful school year and meaningful learning experience for every child.
Ms. Kristian is also a proud mom to her two children, both of whom attended Bright Beginning during their early years before moving on to Elementary school. She treasures her role teaching the children that come into her classroom and loves pouring into them while watching her own children grow.
Outside of the classroom, Ms. Kristian enjoys serving throughout her community, spending time with family, loving on others, and enjoying her favorite Mexican food. Her faith, compassion, and nurturing spirit are evident in everything she does.

Meet Ms. Brittany

Ms. Brittany has been part of the Bright Beginning team for five wonderful years, and her passion for teaching shines brightly each day. After earning her degree in Biology from Virginia State University, she returned home to Florida and discovered her love for educating young children.
Inspired by the incredible teachers and mentors she had growing up, Ms. Brittany knew she wanted to become a positive role model for children as well. She holds her 90-hour teaching certification, Medication Administration certification, and CPR/First Aid certification.
In the classroom, Ms. Brittany especially enjoys teaching science, encouraging creativity through art, and engaging children in dramatic play experiences. She looks forward to creating meaningful memories with her students each year.
When she’s not teaching, Ms. Brittany enjoys reading, drawing, painting, and traveling the world. She loves sharing stories, treats, and experiences from her adventures with those around her.

Meet Ms. Marianna

For almost three years, Ms. Marianna has been a dedicated and valued part of the Bright Beginning family. With her 90-hour certification and CPR & First Aid certification, she brings both knowledge and care into her classroom every day. She is also planning to further her education by pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education.
What Ms. Marianna loves most about teaching is the opportunity to connect with each child as an individual. She believes every student has their own unique story, and she considers it a privilege to be part of their learning journey and growth.
Outside of the classroom, Ms. Marianna enjoys spending time doing the things that bring her joy — crafting, listening to music, and trying new coffee and matcha flavors.
Her warm spirit and genuine love for children make her an important part of the BBCLC community.
